Career –

CKay is a Nigeria-based singer, songwriter & music producer who began his career from 2016 at an young age. He released his debut single Nkechi Turn Up in November 2016. From his childhood, he grew up with so many musical instruments. He was introduced to music when he was seven by his father who was a choir conductor. He began working with Chocolate City, early 2015 while signed to Loopy Music. He came to the limelight after his single ‘Love Nwantiti’ went viral on major social media platforms especially Tiktok. He has worked with various artists & released different versions of the song till now. He launched his second studio album named Boyfriend & the album consisted of seven songs in 2021.
On 4 May 2021, he confirmed on Twitter that he is no longer signed to Chocolate City, but signed to Warner Music South Africa.
